Download the very latest MyVirtualHome software and save on postage costs. You will need a broadband connection as the core program is 504 meg in size. It will take on average The download version comes with a valid CD Key. You do not need to order one separately. The direct download method sucks because there is NO RESUMING. Tried to download the product 3 times, and it timed out all times so now i cant download it anymore. Tried to get my download re-instated multiple times and guess what, no response from MVH. TERRIBLE SUPPORT there! Money was debited from my credit card anyway but no instruction or email on how/where to download software. Support is non-existence, submitted support request and it has been over a week waiting for a reply. Very frustrating.
