Money was debited from my credit card anyway but no instruction or email on how/where to download software. Support is non-existence, submitted support request and it has been over a week waiting for a reply. Very frustrating. Once I got the software maybe I'll give a proper rating but for now it's thumbs down. First of all - THIS IS A GREAT 5 STAR PRODUCT, my 1 star is for this method of purchase. The direct download method sucks because there is NO RESUMING. Tried to download the product 3 times, and it timed out all times so now i cant download it anymore. Tried to get my download re-instated multiple times and guess what, no response from MVH. TERRIBLE SUPPORT there!
